Dispatched calls are sent to the O~S Server using a secure connection through the internet, technicians synchronize their PDAs through a wireless connection and receive all calls dispatched to them.

They are directed to the address where they complete the call adding parts as required, logging breaks, start and stop times and time stamping the arrival and completion of the call.

The next sync session updates call statuses to the host Dispatch System and picks up the next set of calls.
