We have been using Order Stream by SL Datakatch, and its predecessor E-Sales for the last 3 years with great success. We were very happy with the original program, E-Sales, and were even more impressed with the updated version, Order Stream.

Both programs have made it possible for us to collect orders quickly and effortlessly at all our trade shows. Without this tool to collect orders, I am not sure we would have been able to handle the volume of orders we have seen in the last couple of seasons.

I have also found the service second to none. At one point, our entire system was stolen from our offices one week before our show. SL Datakatch was able to get us up and running days before the show, even before insurance could send out an adjuster.

The ongoing development and continuous addition of requested features shows that they listen to their customers and are dedicated to their products.

I would have no hesitation in referring Order Stream and the team at SL Datakatch to anyone interested in implementing a barcode scanning order system.
